The Vermont International Museum of Art + Design's picked up a new "Curator at Large" Ryan Miller (Guster, Making Friends With Ryan Miller) stopped by the studio and the camper museum as part of his search for “Weird and Wonderful” Vermont”. We also made a trip to see the asbestos mine in Eden, VT. His travels have been turned into an amazing comic by Michael Tonn and Sally Pollak and featured in the comic issue of Seven Days, VT. You can read about the visit on Ryan's Newsletter Weird and Wonderful World, which I highly recommend.
While we are currently closed due to the CoronaVirus, we would be happy to assist students and teachers during this time. Our education director has over sixteen years of teaching experience in Vermont public schools, including nine years as an elementary art teacher. We can Zoom, FaceTime, email, and talk over the phone with students and school staff. Please use the contact link at the top of the page to reach us or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
